We live in a culture that is so obsessed with gym aesthetics and I’m here to go against the norm of it. It can be an endless cycle of striving to look like someone else instead of being content with who we are! Physical training is not of every value like we sometimes can make it out to be but what is of utmost importance is our faith and the disciplines in which we are implementing to train it. Follow along the journey if you want to train physically while you are training yourself spiritually.

Thank you Christian for using this platform to advance the kingdom!!! We need more men like you to stand up for their relationship with Jesus!! And to encourage then to train the inside just as much, if not more than the outside!!! Blessings on you and your family!!!!

$50 bucks? That’s not bad! Cheaper than a personal trainer. What a great investment for your health. I rather pay $50 bucks than a medical bill in the future. I’m gonna get it!

"Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies."
    1 Corinthians 6:19-20
I love running. I run roughly 15 miles per week. That time is not just for exercise. It is used to help clear my mind. I invite God to run with me every single time. Take care of your body and what you put in it. Not just talking about food either, our ears are consumers as well.
Love what you are doing here. Keep going.

Christian, this post is about Haven and her kidney reflux. If you guys are still using weighted sleep wear, it is likely the cause of her troubles. If she has been in it for every nap and sleep since birth, her bladder has not been able to empty and void properly because she has been pinned flat to a mattress in a weighted straight jacket for literally half of her life. I am a trained counselor and have experience with special needs kids. Babies do NOT need weight on them, Haven needs your arms to hold her close, to feel your warmth, heartbeat and breathing, so she knows she's not alone. You are her father and God will give you wisdom about what to do. Fight for her, just like you did for her delivery, and kept her safe. She needs you again. Also if she can't easily lift her legs and curl her legs forward so her knees reach her stomach, get her into physiotherapy immediately.

Hey Christian, i like this idea and the heart behind it, but my brother in Christ, why is the plan $50? Frankly i find the price point a bit ludicrous. Initially i thought it was free and then i realized there is a cost, which i thought couldn't be more than maybe $10, ok. But FIFTY bones for a 30 day devotional/CrossFit style workout? I think this ministry would be better served and serve better if you released it for free or at least at a lower cost. At this price, it comes off as a scheme for a quick buck and no offense, but it's not like y'all don't have enough money. I'm seriously disappointed, hope this is helpful and not just comes off as negative. God bless you brother

Most devotionals I’ve bought range $20-30 pair that with the workout and it comes out average cost if not below. Cheaper than a personal trainer.

@@BikeLifeGoodLife devotional for a month? There are much cheaper without plans than this, tons of free resources as well. Take mayhems (rich froning )programming for example. They give you 5 different programs for 20 dollars a month. Most devotionals I know of may cost 20 dollars and it covers the year. Look, I'm not trying to knock this but it doesn't seem right to me. The workout is a CrossFit style workout so it's maybe 20 min max for the workout which is great but compared to other resources out there, it's tough to justify other than to support Christian and his family, which again, I don't think are lacking in resources. I think if he really wanted to build a community of "4:8 men" it be better if he offered at the very least a free version of this, at a reduced cost to begin with, and then maybe raise the price once it's established. I can understand that, or at least make a pledge that some of the proceeds go to a specific ministry, but at 50 dollars, it seems to me like a way to line your deep pockets. I say all of this in love of course. God bless you, I hope this is helpful or at least insightful.

If I were you, I’d check your heart with the Lord. I don’t personally know Christian, but he is a man of God who wants to honor the Lord. Maybe don’t think of the 50 dollars as quick buck for him, but rather an investment into your spiritual/physical life. Ask God what He wants brother, but I can assure you, based off the little I know about Christian, he is a man of God who wants to honor God. God bless you bro!

@@stevenwhite4836 I'm not sure what you're trying to imply about my heart. I'm all for an investment for my spiritual and physical growth. But again, why the cost? That's a fair question in my thinking. I reiterate what I said in my original comment. I believe this ministry would be better served and as a result better serve others if it was a free resource, would you not agree? Shouldn't that be the heart behind service to others? To serve and expect nothing in return? Hope this helps you see it from a different light. Lord's blessings upon you bro! 🙏🏽
