You are 100% right, i have the personal experience of this, when my father has died during the cremation, i felt two people dark blue/light black ( angels?) pulled him, i felt my father hugging me and hesitant to leave , then i find a bright light at the end of tunnel pulling his soul towards that, within a fraction of second everything is over like a flash. Even after some months we used to feel his presence with specific sense like touch , smell dark shadow etc. After some time mother got a dream like asking for gowdan ( donating cow) , after this we never felt the same again.

When my dadu died my mom did all the rituals. In one rituals u hv to go to pond in early in the morning nd no body should look at that person out side from the family nd that person shouldn't allow to turn back. During that ritual my mom thought my family members were behind her but when she reached there, nobody was with her.she got afraid nd couldn't decide what she should do. Then she observed someone is sitting on the stone.he was no other than my dadu.he asked her not to afraid of him do all rituals, I'm with you.then she got back her courage nd did all process nd returned home. the day before my dadu death he told every details what will be the rituals to be followed after his death.from that day i believe in life after death nd sometimes I feel connected with beloved dead ones.but can't understand what they want to tell me.

Sir, what you explained is really interesting & it needs personal experience to understand well else it would sound absurd for others. I stay alone in a haunted house near Kolkata for last twelve years with very much personal experience of what you explained. There are four unsatisfied souls in my house whose psychology I understand very well & they do understand my sentiments as well. I do have one sided reciprocations with them like a mother usually has her baby.

Animals are suffering due to past karma, past material desires, stemming from their attempts to enjoy in some human body before. The animals don't generate karma though; they simply move up the evolutionary scale, undergoing birth and death until they reach the human form. Once there, the soul has choices to make. In the animal forms there are no choices. In that condition, the soul is silent-instinct alone is driving one's actions-and so there are no reactions, just upward movement until they reach the life of choices, which is human life.
That one living entity is food for another in the animal kingdom is just the law of nature in action. To be born as a cow and killed by a tiger involves suffering but no karma. Rather, it's the end of some reaction. Free of that karma, the soul can continue his journey toward human life, where conscious choice determines future suffering and/or enjoyment, and where emancipation from all suffering is possible. If they become Krishna conscious and engage in Krishna's service-which is karma-free-then there will be no more suffering and no more birth and death. When we're engaged in Krishna's service, there is no reaction, no more birth and death, and therefore no more suffering.
