Hello enjoyed your recent interview on nurses to riches channel. U mentioned there u are a pharmacy director and the pharmacist job market is very tight. How many pharmacist openings does your hospital usually have in an average year? And how many applicants per position? Residency required?
Thanks! In Los Angeles, it's more saturated so we average maybe 4 to 5 openings per year and have been predominantly hiring those with residency . Possible to get a job without residency if willing to go to less saturated areas and work nights. Hope this helps !
@@stevendnguyen You should go on vacation. I just did a motorbike tour from Mekong Delta to Ha Giang. Love it! Definitely culture shock, but very interesting. I had a 10 year old talking about the prices of apartments in Hanoi lol so they must love real estate as well.
