I have practiced this my whole life. I am 49 years old now. People have always criticized me for being this way. Saying I am not vocal enough and let people walk all over me. I disagree. If I maintain my composure I feel like I am the bigger and better person. I have no need to be better than anyone. I thank God that I am that strong and thick skinned.

A gentle way to tell men & women that, most are emotionally immature, unaware & not present👍🏻
I'd recommend, for men & women. To start and notice within themselves, do you respond or react? And notice your inner dialog, are you constantly bashing yourself or overly concerned that people must see you at great?
Start by not reacting to yourself & just observe, in time you can start seeing how your thoughts & actions
effect you. Then adjust accordingly. Keep um coming Greg🫴🏻

There are those who might say that you should acknowledge this a 'human' characteristic, or a gender non-specific characteristic, but for me, its incredibly refreshing to hear someone talking about a masculine characteristic without the need for disclaimers or the acknowledgment of the other 894 genders which (apparently) exist 🙄
Something I don't like about this video, however, is the fact that you're sitting outside in a t-shirt under a blue sky while I'm wearing multiple layers and shivering in a non-balmy 36 degrees 🥶😀
