The less you tweak them, the more we love the unforced feel of them. Japan became my obsession since I've started watching you. You already know I love these vids so much. Very nice to see Kochi again here. I went Kochi university from 1989 to 1993. I am living in U.S. since then. This video making me want to go to Kochi next year. You are very good expression of things with words.

What amazing about you guys video is that you don't follow only the major and famous things but discover the small specialties about every local place. Just amazing. Good job and please keep going.
I've had Japan on my bucket list for a while now as places I must explore one day, but I would never have considered visiting Shikoku if it wasn't for this series and now it will be firmly on the list, so thank you guys so much!
Oh man. I want to go there! That market looks awesome. We are going to Shikoku in November but because we'll be so rushed (hitting as many places as possible with that 2 week rail pass!), we're only able to get to Ehime this time. Oh well, I guess it gives us something new to look forward to for our next trip...
@@shirobuta_ What about it? You can see Yosakoi dancing on display in Kochi all year round. The festival only happens once a year, in August and this is definitely not it. If it was the Yosakoi festival they would be parading down the very street that the market was set up in this video with hundreds of spectators and deafening music blasting out of the back of decorated trucks...
I just found your channel today and have been through several videos already I LOVE it. Making me miss Japan so much! Only went one time few years back as a sister city exchange student to Takamatsu for 10 days. I definitely need to make another trip to Shikoku and explore more.
There is something very satisfying about groupdancing, all doing the same thing at the same moment, so good. Too bad you didn't get to meet with the macot, I would have loved to see Kyde loose it again, like in the mascotfestivallvid. It is my alltime favorite.
Do either of you ever get used to seeing so much beauty of nature and culture(s)? Your videos makes me join in on the fun of travel there and then with you guys. You seem to enjoy it so much it shows. And btw I don't think it is tacky at all to book the hotel to enjoy the view of the mountains and greenery, maybe rising in the morning from your futons.
That Shinjokun toilet paper looked ridiculously soft to me. The inaka can be a great place. Especially if you live in the city, sometimes just passing through it on the way to another city can feel kind of refreshing. When I went from Tokyo to Kyoto along the Tokaido shinkansen, it was nice to look out my window and just see farms and fields, mountains, country houses, and such for miles on end. Other trips into and through the countryside were a nice break from living in Tokyo.
Ahh I kept seeing that cat banner in alot of places. Was trying to figure out what store or place it was attached to. Now I know it is a Shipping service
Okay but now I'm really curious as to *why* hermit crabs like eggplant. I mean, it's delicious, but it's not something I really associate with oceanic vegetation lol. This was super fun, as they all are! Thanks for bringing us along, I really feel like I get to travel vicariously when I watch your stuff and it's great.
Such a pretty area, really loving the videos from this whole region. And what a neat (huge) market that was, seemed like a farmer's market mixed with one of the those markets from a county fair where it's in a warehouse and you can buy anything and everything xD :))
I recently tried the Mountain Dew Violet which came in a Munchpak. I noticed it stated it had vegetable juice also thrown in there which is why I think the carbonation was not as much as you would expect in a soda. It was not the best experience trying it that is for sure lol

Kyde wearing a classy black dress. When will Eric step up his game and wear a casual blazer? No, the grandma cardigan doesn't count.
