Planetary retrograde is not a thing, is just an optical illusion, we all orbit around the Sun in the same direction. The difference in orbital speed is what in fact makes Mercury appear that is in “retrograde”, but IT IS NOT
Hi @assessreasonrespect.5353 I have been studying Western Tropical astrology for the last few years or so and you are right. Planets do not actually move backwards. From Earth's point of view it can be seen as if they are. Western Tropical astrology, which is the type of astrology talked about in this video, is all from a geocentric point of view, meaning from earth's point of view. Since our perceptions create our individual realities astrology is viewed the same way, just as with myriad other fields of study. This means that retrogrades in astrology are indeed something of astrological meaning because it is a perception from a geocentric point of view of a celestial body or bodies. There are other branches of astrology such as sidereal which view the stars and celestial bodies from a different vantage point however both tropical (uses the tropics as a vantage point) and sidereal are both extremely precise systems when used correctly and not from a pop-astrology standpoint (such as newspapers, magazines, or "which is sign is the smartest or dumbest" tiktoks). I'm no expert like Chani yet but I hope this helps explain things a little bit more. Any professional Western Tropical astrologer will agree on that retrogrades do not actually happen and that they are a phenomenon from a geocentric point of view, thereby the perception creating our individual realities, thereby giving it astrological meaning.
People tend to judge what they don't understand! What's is your moon sign or better yet, What is your ascendant sign??? You probably have no clue as to what I am talking about. So again, don't judge what you know nothing about.

Can I just say that the thumbnail for this video looks like a work of art?
Looks like some sort of sacred geometry.
Awesome setting. Makes you guys look like an interplanetary council. Very interesting content. Thanks

I can't believe the Today show is promoting this superstitious trash. It's almost as bad as GMA's "Faith Friday."
