I'm using 11 shots for zenith. The main idea is to use Slayer set (rounds per magazine +9% and skill power bonus +26,1%)+ perforator (you need to roll rounds per magazine in stat, even blue stat with 9%) with gold Payout mod (it's give you extra 3 shots when you heat waek point), blue Expand Weapon Charge mod, purple Magazine Compulsive (with this mod you don't need to roll stat with Rounds per magazine stat 12%, because it is to expansive).
