I really enjoyed this interview session; I actually watched it over two days. Starting from the Ejire fellow, one would never guessed he would be this eloquent given that he sounded more like an office person. Yet, he touched pertinent issues which revealed the depth of his research prior to the interview. For the guest (Ayan Aderoju), he is a mobile encyclopedia of his profession and a reliable time-line commentator. His kinds are rare. Many issues are now clearer to me in the music sector, especially fuji and band issues. My personal take home on this is that many times, the particular strategic thing we did not do as a result of emotion usually comes back to cause emotional trauma. That album that was wiped out should have been released. It wouldn't have changed anything. As for the celebration of the deceased music maestro, a musical museum/archive can be built in his memory by his fans in collaboration with family and government. Such will last longer than any personal opinion or selfish tendencies. Thanks for uploading this!

Now this is true story. I was at Bongo hotel the day Alhaji Aderoju was talking about. The hotel was owned by Samson Ogunlade at Iyana Ipaja Agege where I grew up.
