I'll often pick up some Chorizos from my local supermarket and throw them in alongside whatever I'm cooking in my Webber. 90 mins to 2 hours is plenty of time. If you leave them too long they dry out a bit, but still good. If I'm checking the main cook every hour or two, throw them in one one check, and they're probably ready to come out next time you look in on them.
