Somehow I missed this video Im suprised I never saw it post lol. I (along with many others Im sure) would enjoy more like this man great video. And I agree the sound of a nice clean cut of meat is oddly satisfying!
Another beautiful creation Jason!
That baby is sharp!
Yep I need one of those🔪👍✌
Dammit now I'm hungry
I needs me one of dem'!
Lookin' good!
Where do you get the metal to forge?
I think most people think that giving proper maintenance to a custom blade is a lot of work but in reality it is so simple and actually faster , even if you could use a dishwasher, because you do not have to wait for the machine to finish. - btw what was the knife steel Jason? - Josh Navarrete
Steel is 80CRV2
👏👏👏🔥👍.
Why shouldn't a knife in the dishwasher? I have heard it before, but never got an explanation.
Bon ap 😋
😂😂😂❤
Dear Mr. Knight,
Do you have a web address to look at and buy?
You're not supposed to cut straight down, you're supposed to slice at about a 45 degree angle.
Says who?
He DID slice at a 45 deg angle ....maybe your screen is crooked.
Damn it Jason! I really want to criticize you for how badly you cut that sirloin… but I love you so I won’t.
