Thanks for sharing your travels …my partner has been in hospital for 6 weeks so great to see your caravan adventures while we’re off road .. Thank you!
Stickers plastered like that sign is does my head in. Bells Gorge was our favourite place on the Gibb. Really looking forward to your adventures. We hit the Gibb west to east later in the year. May pass you somewhere in W.A. 😄👍
OMG there are so many places along the Gibb that I can’t begin to tell you all my favourite places. All I can say is that I spent almost a month travelling along it and the surrounds and I didn’t see half of everything available so I can’t wait to get back there. I hope you enjoy it and the spectacular scenery there. The Kimberley and Gib are my favourite places in the world. It is very tough and very unforgiving but worth every minute, trial and tribulation that you may or may not face. Just enjoy, stay well and safe.😍❤
I agree. Emma Gorge is amazing. That last climb from the first pool to the waterfall is challenging but so worth it. As always, your vid was great to watch.
We did the Gibb from South to North with a 3.5 tonne van in tow. It was a doddle. We just followed the simple rules: Right foot up and tyres down. The worst bit was fron the GRR to Drysdale River homestead, which took five hours for the 50km journey, and that was just three days after the grader had been though! I had a chat with the crew at Drysdale River and they said that almost all of the horror stories are due to people simply going too fast, and the remainder due to poor quality equipment. The consensus was that almost all of the drivers who had a horror story to tell were under-prepared for the trip.
Wonderfully captured! Was there at Emma Gorge 1 week ago (yes, it was cold in the water!), heading west with a Ranger and van (currently at Gibb River Crossing). So far, so good!
I'm halfway thru the vid and loving your content so far. Your puppy dog is so cute... I'm glad the woofa can join you on the journey 😊 Nice work guys!!!
Your account of facing the biggest test in five years of travel on the Gibb River Road is both compelling and inspiring. The way you navigate and overcome the challenges with resilience and determination truly reflects your adventurous spirit and adaptability. Your detailed journey through this demanding terrain not only showcases your experience but also offers valuable insights for fellow travelers. And I am Floating Village Life.
Hi guys. We are enjoying your travels. I done the Gibb in 1998 with a 4wd club , we all had great fun. There was no park fees back then 😊. Just be careful with the road conditions, the corrugations can be horrendous. May have to let your tyres down to approximately 35 psi. It will soften the ride on caravan as well. Don't rush drive to the road conditions. It's a beautiful part of Australia along that road. There are alot of swimming spots to come. Take care. Looking forward to the rest of your adventures. Regards Gary and Jane xx
Absolutely recommend Mount Elizabeth Station. The gorge is amazing, the rock art incredible and the Station offers a great communal steak dinner. Really encourage you guys to get there. We did it last year
Indeed we do, so don’t let the politicians and others tell us we are not welcome in OUR beautiful Country, especially if you were born here, and your ancestors came out on convict ships.. stand your ground Aussies! ❤
@CaravanAdventureAus wow, can't believe Juice is 1!!!! Yeah, not where I was when I saw you guys though, I've moved on. Was there for over a year! xxxx
Hi guys I hope you have an awesome trip on the Gibb River and it is trouble free. I am looking forward to following you along on your travels. I am interested in seeing how the Ford Ranger goes Brice as I have the same tow vehicle. Safe travels and enjoy the trip and keep the great videos coming. Cheers Peter
We haven’t done the full GRR yet, but have been to Emma Gorge twice. Such a magical place. There’s actually a warm spring on the right hand side coming out of the rocks which is delightful after the very refreshing swim. You never know, you might get back there one day.
Great vid guys Emma gorge looks great ❤juice would’ve like swimming there. The tasting paddles looked good which one was the favourite. Be safe on ur travels and c u next suday❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉
We’re planning our big lap & we love your videos. Excited to see your time in WA. Sorry you lost your plant and broccolini, great tip about the salad though. Wondering how you go with dried herbs?
Love it guys! That swimming spot looked amaaaazing! Good idea putting a small child at the front of the boat in case of crocs 😂. What was on your sticker? Looking forward to the next one!
Certainly a memorable trip to do…. Hope to do it again in another year or two, we also went up to Kalumburu & the Mitchell falls etc…… We had no snorkel & just a on-road van with the axle flipped to gives us more height….. Not even a flat tyre…. But gee… some people were doing twice the speed of us easily.
Love to guys so much as it's awesome in watching your UA-cam videos. But can I say, Chelsea, you are one very beautiful lady, as so love your smile. Your a lucky man Bryce. Plus Juice, you are one behaved puppy.
Love watching your channel especially in our Van atm in mission beach. Yell out when your in Noosa next we do Bathrooms and could use a Plumber at times😀 keep up the great work 👍
Nice video! Thanks . I’m interested to see how you get on through WA with a dog and accessing various parks. I believe there are some restrictions and camp sites are pricey. Glad no snorkel must see how you get on.
You brought back heaps of memories from our trips to Kununurra and the start of the Gibb River Road. Where’s your drone shot of the Pentecost river crossing. Ivanhoe crossing looked amazing far more water now than I have seen before. Did Kununurra feel safe, always thought it is a great spot. Cheers from Adelaide
hey guys. could you please advise/suggest what extension mirrors you use. This trip would've given everything a good try out. asking for a friend. Really enjoying your video's. thanks so much & keep up the great work.
@@CaravanAdventureAus Thanks for that Bryce & Chelsea. Keep up the great work I love your videos, & was great comfort to me while off work crook with flu. Envious of what you guys are doing. keep enjoying your travels, & remember look at stuff NOT thorugh the camera lens all the time.
Don’t waste money on a snorkel didn’t need it mid June. Love you guys look forward to Sundays. Chips and fresh bread have to try it what else do you put in?
Thats a mental state boarder!! NSW and QLD have nothing just drive across. How does woollies get all their food in? I'm guessing it can't all be locally WA grown.
I watched your awkward mistake video a few hours ago and noticed you didn’t have a snorkel…I only just noticed this after all your videos I’ve watched 🤦🏻♂️ dunno if that’s going to hamper your visit to el questro gorge as there’s a deep water crossing to get there ? Anyway great video loved it so informative and the amazing places you go to are just wow!
the Emma Gorge walk is quite difficult jumping from rock to rock - the cold water at the end is amazing but i was not prepared for how difficult the large rocks in, was going to be...if you've got dodgy ankles or knees it can be harder than expected. its weird having some dude go thru your camping gear looking for bananas - isn't it. imagine if the NSW Vic border had a guy in a uniform going thru your stuff the hwy would grind to a halt...is WA really bio separate anymore ? i guess it must be...
