I live not too far from this places, it's nice to see it from a visitor's view. I usually don't go to the marché Provençal on tourists season because it's too crowded, but maybe I should give it a go. Just one thing with the lavender fields, I know it's all been cut now, but please don't encourage viewers to pick lavenders. This has been prevalent for the last years affecting the lavender industry. Visitors might think it's just a few branches and it's harmless but the area is visited by hundreds of thousands of tourists. Imagine what it does to the plants and the loss on the farmers, so much so that some of the fields are now being cordoned off so tourists cannot walk through anymore. Enjoy it but take only photos and leave nothing but footprints.
There's just something so beautiful about linen sun dresses! The lavender watering can is so cute!
The market looks so much fun… I like buying soaps, aromatherapy oils, roasted coffee beans & sometimes truffle oil as souvenirs … generally affordable and easy to bring back

Hey ! I'm from Provence ! A little town called Martigues, nicknamed the provencal Venice. I don't know if you have the chance, but Aix en Provence is also I nice town to visit and the markets are full of typical local products, vegetables, fruits,... and the specialty there are almond shaped past -like biscuits made of lemon. I love them very much and miss them a lot.

Loved the video--can't wait to go back to Provence and visit the Gorge and the towns around it. We were in Avignon and Aixe and wonderful Cassis where we had the best mussels! Did you see Eze on the Riviera? (Between Nice and Monaco....It's amazing) Also the Roman ruins and the area up in the hills above Nice.....just some suggestions if you go back that way.
