The Bengals had 2 RedZone stops in the last 3 minutes of the game. Theoretically if Seattle kicked 2 field goals, they would have won.

Nah both of our teams had the exact same struggles that game, we just came away with the clutch stop. Only difference was Geno was practically a statue in the pocket near the end. GG's defenses showed out

Lions would’ve won that game by 10 if it called fair

Both teams actually played fairly well (offensive playcalling blunders aside).

K9 got locked up if were being realistic 3.3 yards, though he had a TD so meh, fair enough. I think it's pretty clear the bengals played just a tiny little bit better offensivley. Neither were good though don't get me wrong.

everyone in the AFC north has great defense. as a whole i don't think Bengals defense are as good as the other 3 teams since they can't stop the run like the others. But Bengals always seem to make the key sacks or interceptions that can turn the game around.

it's hard to make them out really. sometimes they can't stop the run or big plays. But then they always seem to come up with the key interception or sack that turns the game around.

In my opinion the biggest issue for Seattle is their inability to call a good play when it matters most. We struggle on 3rd down, we struggle in the Red Zone and we struggle to make clutch plays when it matters. Seattle went 5 for 12 on 3rd downs and 0 for 2 on 4th downs for a combined 5 out of 14.
Even tho we lost, was a hard fought game on both sides. On to the next one!
Bengals Fan, we really needed this win. Observations, contrary to other comments i have seen, QB G. Smith, played well, could see why they were 3-1. Im glad he's getting this chance. O-Line for Bengals have to PROTECT BURROW...PLEASE!

Seahawks won the game in every category, total yards, run yards, pass yards, special teams. the red zone offense was horrible and geno made some bad mistakes, missed jsn a few times for easy touchdowns and the red zone pick was just bad

As a Bengals Fan, I just want to say I’ve seen them win games like this so many times. You don’t often hear about their defense as being amongst the “Elites” in the NFL, but they’ve consistently been amongst the best “bend don’t break” D’s really since the Mike Zimmer era at DC from 2013 and now with Lou Anarumo. The Defense totally carried them in the 2021 SB Run, think of all the clutch plays just in that playoff series alone? Pratt Intercepts Derek Carr in the Redzone breaking the curse, Logan Wilson’s int off of Eli Apples tip pass in the Titans game which led to the game winning field goal. Then against the Chiefs they held them in the Redzone which sent it to overtime and then picked of Mahomes which led to the game winning FG. I’ve seen them win this style of game where the Defense just completely takes over many times, and while I love it it would be great if the Bengals O could just play complimentary football for once and not have to be bailed out so much. Don’t get me wrong, Burrow and the O can be very good but they’re not nearly as consistent. We literally were the first team in SB history against the rams to have a plus 2 turnover differential and still lose…lol. Anyway. Who Dey great win but a lot of work to be done.

One he rushed for 1st down, another he threw and connect and another he did not connect. For the rest of the match, he step back from the line of scrimmage and stood there when he can't connect. Watch the teams who are doing well how much their quarter back step up in the pocket. 🔥💜🇯🇲

The Bengals had great production with short passes in the first half. The defense adjusted by bringing bodies into that area. When they do this the coach needs to bring in an extra tight end to get more blockers and take a deep shot or if you still can get the protection for a deep and they aren't allowing you complete the short passes that's when screens become huge gains. Solid weapons on the offense just need better play calling.

Our defense is LEGIT just hope offensive line can step up and protect the most paid quarterback in the nfl. If our second half offense shows up then we can absolutely dominate this league and go all the way.
Only 3 points scored in the whole second half....no play action no rolling out no rush parallel to line of scrimmage before running down field which would give Mixon a lot more yards instead of dive plays.... I've said it once and I'm going to say it again, Zac Taylor needs to give up play calling if you want them to get to the playoffs. Last 2 drives, offense couldn't even get a first down. Man I don't know how they did it but the defense yet again won the game for them. Stopping Seahawks on 4 downs in the RedZone, Bengals go 3 and out and have to punt giving the Seahawks another chance of scoring a TD and the defense stops them again!! I'd give the game balls to the whole defense imo. Good job Bengals, barely squeeked out that win.

The penalty on the 3, for an illegal block, when he literally barely touched the guy was a joke. Is there a penalty for intending to illegal block? That pushed them back 15 yards, then Smith threw that bad pick. Honestly, the refs really are trying too hard to be a part of the game. All that being said, either the Bengals secondary was on point today, or Smith was just bad. It was a bad game plan by Carroll. Adjust to what they are giving you, don't try to force things. Seattle's O looked UGLY today.

Seattles defense was able to adjust to the bengals heavy pass offense which showed in the second half but the offense had no adjustments. geno didnt have anytime to throw with the o line being overrun. If seattle had a dump off to throw to when the bengals blitzed it would helped cause seperation for dk and lockett.
Props to Bengals’s defense for their wonderful performances. All those interceptions and sacks won the game for Bengals. They handled the last moments of the game like pros and didn’t let Seahawks to score any TD. Unlike Bengals offense they played really well and outshined Seahawks really good defensive team.
