The 512 super flex from Levi's is the most perfect fit for me as I have large quads.
I just posted a video reviewing 10 jeans for guys with big thighs, you should check it out. I didn't try the 512, but I tried the 541 but was not super impressed with Levis
American eagle jeans are so comfortable and fits perfectly and finally last long easily, for me they are the best

Levi's 512 is my go-to for denim.
American Eagle is my go to cheap jeans brand. I always by a pair on black Friday. Also I'm 5'2". If you're under 5'5" I would try Levi's kid sizes they're cheaper than the adult sizes.

I love zara brand jeans. Lately I can't find the right skinny fit I want from them.. I went through a few thinking they'll be great but they ended up being too long in length or just feel like a slim fit then a skinny fit. Asos isn't too bad I found the perfect dark wash jeans from them and they've been pretty solid lately.

I love all these jeans I don't have many but just got myself some the other day at a place called Just Jean's here in New Zealand, and got a slim tapered dark blue denim and in a 34-30 and a skinny chinos in a 32-30 and got a sale for them both total $105-9 I think and I userly get deals for my jeans. Sometimes it's hard when being a 5'4+ 21yrs old male to find jeans that fit. Especially since I don't want to go to tailers so I find the best sizes I can. But can I just say as a person that isn't to keen on white clothing items, I loved all your white jeans so much like loved them. And in saying that I think I might try and find some white jeans I like.

Vans slim fit Chino are good, around $50 on their website. Chinos from levis are like $70+ screw that. My go to is dickies man, there are so many. $30-$40. I ain't spending $70+ on chinos, even jeans lol fuck it, that's why I buy so many dickies lol
For me it's uniqlo all the way. The quality is really good for the price and there skinny fit fits more like a slim which I like. Also, love their coloured jeans.
Levis all the way for me, either the 510 (skinny) or 512 (slim taper) as I'm not a fan at all of the baggy/relaxed thing which is going on at the minute. The Club Monaco ones are really nice but they don't ship outside of North America unfortunately.

I guess I’m a cheapskate. My idea of ‘on a budget’ is more like under $50 lol. I tend to find my favorite jeans come from Old Navy and even Target. Sizing is always a challenge for me though as a shortie (5’3).
I just posted a 10 jeans review on my channel, and it has few good budget jeans options.TLDR though I really liked the Wranglers and the Lees, around $30 but are soft and comfortable

Just have to say, when you are pricing jeans at $13, $6(!!) then you have to know that someone (probably many people) down the food chain are being exploited to make that happen. Just shipping them from somewhere like Bangladesh would nearly eat up all the profit unless labor is being paid next to nothing for production and fabrication. I like a deal as much as the next guy, but that raises a lot of questions for me.

Do you wear different sizes in different brands? Some of the main jeans brands I buy, H&M & Pacsun, I've gone up to a 34 waist size recently. I thought I just got fat, but one day I borrowed a pair of my cousin's jeans from Express & the waist was size 31 only & it fit me perfectly. Shopping for jeans is really hard imo, I definitely have to try them on in stores before buying. Lol

A while ago the store I work at started selling Levi's and I don't know if it's a "here" problem but it's the only brand I just can't find the proper size, I'm a 30w on pretty much everything but for Levi's I've tried up to 33 /34 and just can't get a nice fit.
I’d prolly say try a different style of jeans. Levi’s definitely has the largest selection of jean styles of any brand. There’s definitely something there that will fit you perfectly
Its because every "fit" within a cut/style like say 513s or 512s will vary depending on which country it originates from. You may get a looser fitting jean, a longer length jean, an almost relaxed fit jean even though its suppose to be slim/skinny. Yeah its pretty stupid that there isn't just one universal "30x30" cut for Levis but it is what it is.
