    Another meticulous edit to produce a splendid result with a landscape that otherwise might not have been given so much attention. You have a gift for doing these subtle, revealing edits, Kasia, which is not only very heartening for the rest of us, but which must also largely account for why you are so popular.

      Thank you Randall. Four years ago I wouldn't have the editing skill to get this sort of result. I'm curious what waits around the corner, as the algorithms improve...

    Very much enjoyed your B&W conversion in PS tutorial (cigarette) when it released in 2016. Well done, subd!

    Like the application of additional White balance adjustments within a previously created/edited mask layer. Thanks.

    I noticed that when using Fuji Raw files in capture one and you are using the Auto curve , it applies by default the curve of the Fuji simulation the photo was shot in.

    • @KasiaZmokla
      @KasiaZmokla  3 роки тому +1

      You still have the freedom to try out different Fujifilm simulations (curve) settings.That's the beauty of shooting in Raw - it gives you access to entire data saved to the memory card, not only to what was applied "in-camera".

    • @randall8496
      @randall8496 3 роки тому

      @@KasiaZmokla The way it was expressed may have given some the impression that Auto is something other than the particular simulation previously chosen in-camera or some generic curve applied separately by C1. This was not too clear and DrDryce, I think, was simply trying to avoid potential confusion. If there are other muddle-headed photographers like me out there, well, I can tell you that that potential is tremendous. ;)
