Prize figures have definitely gone up in quality since I started collecting back in 2013! Back then, there wasn’t a mid tier line of figures! Now you have PUP and Tenitol! It’s great that the newer generation of collectors have more options because it wasn’t the case back in the day! Also, Taito is definitely the best prize figure manufacturer especially with their AMP line!
Their Makima is doing the famous Vol 9. pose and her face looks amazing, and is tall as fuck, i loved it.

Back when me and my GF started collecting you had 2 choices: the real (expensive) deal or Bootlegs,so we have a couple of priceless pieces in our glass cabinet,but now as adult collector's,prize figurine are a nice choice and we like them!
I don't buy too many prize figures but the gundam ones they made between 2006-2008 for seed destiny and 00 are pretty good and extremely on model. Definitely much higher quality than the EXQs I own.
