I love Jerry Mcdevitt after this episode. He just comes off like he knows fact from fiction very well. Again he's a lawyer so I don't doubt he's got some truths he's not applicable to tell but he makes it known he's not allowed to do that.
I feel like he only did the interview to familiarize himself with the showrunners more in case WWE chooses to sue them in the future. Guy plays 3D chess

Great episode! I love that this episode wasn’t a hit piece on Vince because, although that’s what some fans really would have liked to have seen, it would have been disingenuous. This was a great look at the trial and it was pretty clear why Vince won. Did Vince encourage his wrestlers to do steroids? Yes. Did everybody know what you had to look like in order to be a star in that company? Absolutely. Did Vince himself personally arrange for his wrestlers to take steroids and deliver them personally? No, and that’s why he won. Jerry McDevitt is one smart fella.
Right...and Charlie Manson never killed anyone, but he still orchestrated the massacre and manipulated the people who did the shooting. Just because he didn't stick the needles in them himself, he still used his finances and power to create and environment where you needed to juice to thrive. He easily could have done differently and didn't, he is 100% still an accessory to the crime.

He doesn't care about his audience or anyone that doesn't serve to help him achieve his interests or goals. I know he has paid for hospital bills and such for former employees, but that's just a make good for the sake of public image. He has multiple characteristics of a sociopath and I don't believe he would care too terribly much if he pushed people into harm's way to please his ego and make him money. I get that he had/has an incredible lawyer that handled the trial in Vince's favor, but lawyers don't operate under moral scrutiny, they want to make money and that means representing people like VKM.

But I am going to say that he 100% knew the doctor was giving his employees illegal substances. I'm guessing you are getting at the charge, which I'm guessing was did he distribute the drugs? So they charged him with the wrong crime, as I said in my first post, he absolutely is an accessory.

This was a very interesting episode of Dark side of the Ring I had no idea about the Steroid Trail But wasn't Hogan on the arsenio Hall show in 1991 and the Trail Happened in 1994 if I'm wrong someone correct me.

I'll never understand the obsession over wrestler's using steroids. Who cares? It's not a legitimate competition anyway. You're not protecting the sanctity of the competition because there is none. If they want to juice to the gils who cares it's their body.
