For the price, this is a great home. It does need updating and the overgrown gardens need TLC, but at this price in this location this is a terrific buy!
Been to Piedmont a few times to visit relatives in Alessandria. I enjoyed the wineries in Ozzano Monferrato. I love it's proximity to tons of amazing destinations like Milan, Torino, Verona, Lake Como and Maggiore, Venezia, Lugano (Switzerland) the Riviera and even Germany and Austria isn't a bad drive considering the sceneries along the way.

Hi, today is April 7th 2024. Has this house sold? I have never been to Italy before and don't speak the language. Is it easy to find trustworthy and competent people to renovate houses like is for a reasonable price? I'm in the US, and speak the language, but even I wouldn't trust contractors in here. Even though we have laws to "protect" us here, it would still be HUGE headache dealing with them, and you can still lose all you money. So, I can't imagine how it would be in a foreign country that you don't know laws or the language.

Hi. I am not sure. I would think that if it's on the same papers it would take more money and effort to change it.
In saying that, the realtor might be able to provide more information
Wish those men weren't always popping up in camera's view. The property "seems" decent and in OK shape, however, it is dark inside the house and I think one of the main things, from what I can tell, is that lots and lots of landscaping work needs to be done with cutting back or removing trees, overgrown vegetation, probably some repairs, but it's hard to tell through the quick lens of a camera. Odd that the property's garden is across the street at an angle, and down the hill. All of the garden needs lots of work and cutting back and removing overgrowth.
