When I was a kid, maybe 9 or 10 years old, odd cirucmstances resulted in my being forced to listen to my older brothers' album collections. When no one else I knew even gave a shit about music, I was hearing - every day - Steely Dan, 10cc, Todd Rundgren, Beatles, and these guys. This kind of music changed my life because it exposed my to musicianship, as opposed to just pop hits or drug-induced rubbish. Thnkas for posting this. It brings back allot of great memories.
Hermoso recuerdo de mi juventud 🥹 compré este álbum cuando tenía 17 años y me gustó muchísimo.....hasta el día de hoy lo escucho 🥹💖 saludos desde Argentina 🇦🇷
Would be great if Focus would do a tour where they played some of the rare gems like this one. Ive seen them live 3 times now and saw then at the Boom Boom Club is Sutton UK on Friday night and they were top notch as usual, and they played Sylvia twice. Absolutely nothing wrong with the classics, however they have such a rich back catalogue!
a famous piece straight out of the witty spirit of Thijs Van Leer that cleverly mixes cool and atmospheric funky rock rock with a touch of celestial flute Renaissance period !
the best song ever . I'm not even sure why just majic to me , It's about ascension ;reaching high but never quite getting there and in the end just settling on funky
This album marked a change in their sound, specially for the extension of the pieces which almost became "songs". A great album, no matter what.Thanks.
LOL!!! I have tears in my eyes! ;-) I have been a long time fan of Focus since the mid 70's and until this very moment, I never actually "got" the title of Mother Focus! Thank you! :-)

what an incredibly relaxing and soothing song.Gem of the mid-seventies.
David Kemper deserves a lot of credit for his drumming on this album. His playing is the glue that holds everything together (esp on this track).

Beautiful Song...!!
2:33 to just before the end still confuses the crap out of me. These guys really knew how to compose music.
Just so great, thanks Thijs !
1:48 onwards is pure bliss :)
Stoic
Yes - me too. What an amazing theme.
This music doesn't sound like Focus, but it's bright and enjoyable.
I bought this album when it came out. Now, these many years after I ask: is that a Knights Templar cross I see?
Thjis van Leer's vocal at 2:41. So beautiful...
This is amazing, and after 1:48 ...........I forgot the words
CARAIO, foda demais
Quite possibly!!
Sublime?
Can anyone tell what year this album was released???
1975
2:43 oops by drummer......
