- My positive and productive days always bring me so much joy.
In this video you will find many tasty and easy-to-make recipes, with few ingredients and ready in a short time.
RICOTTA AND APPLE TART:
For the pastry:
300 g of 00 flour
100 g of sugar
2 eggs
80 g of oil
For the filling:
350 g of ricotta
100 g of sugar
1 egg
cinnamon to taste
2 apples
For preparation:
For the pastry, beat the eggs, sugar and oil with a whisk. Add the flour and mix, pour the dough onto the work surface and work it until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough.
For the filling, mix the ricotta with the sugar, egg and cinnamon in a bowl and mix until creamy.
Peel and cut the apples into small pieces, season them with the orange juice.
Roll out the pastry and line a 22cm springform cake tin with the pastry, pour in the ricotta cream and add the apples.
Bake at 180° for 35-40 minutes.
LEMON BROWNIES RECIPE:
80 g of butter at room temperature
130 g of sugar
grated peel of one lemon
juice of 1 lemon
100 g 00 flour
half a teaspoon of baking powder
2 eggs
icing sugar to decorate
METHOD:
Work the butter with the sugar, add one egg at a time, the lemon juice, mix, finally the flour with the yeast.
Mix everything, pour into a 22cm x 22cm pan, bake at 180° for 15-20 minutes.
Once cooled, cut into squares and sprinkle with icing sugar.
RECIPE FOR BEET AND BAKED POTATOES GRATIN:
800 g beets
600 g potatoes
200g scamorza (provola)
extra virgin olive oil
salt
grated parmesan to taste
METHOD:
Wash and cut the chard into pieces, blanch in boiling salted water for a few minutes, drain and set aside.
Peel and cut the potatoes into not too thin slices, boil them in the same pan as the chard for 3 minutes and drain them.
Grease a baking tray with a drizzle of oil, make a layer of potatoes and chard, spread the grated cheese and slices of scamorza (or provola) on top.
Continue in this way until all the ingredients are used up, bake at 200° for 20-25 minutes.

Fascetta rossa tra i capelli e mele…oggi versione Biancaneve. Sappi che al di là dello schermo c’è una donnina di mezza età che spasima per le ricette..ti lascio immaginare come stavo messa mentre gustavi la torta🤪🤪🤪. Qui finalmente dopo due mesi e mezzo di maltempo è arrivato il sole portando la temperatura a 28 per 3 giorni, oggi per ore raffiche di vento fortissimo piegavano alberi, le finestre e tapparelle sbattevano nonostante fossero chiuse. La tensione era alta, l’anno scorso una raffica spostò di 3 metri un camion di un muratore che finì ad ostruire il nostro passo carraio.
Ciao Armida, non ci avevo pensato a Biancaneve😂😂 invecchiata magari😂😂, ti adoro come sempre lo sai😊, qui sono una 20ina di giorni che non piove e anche qui sono 3/4 giorni che le temperature oscillano tra 27°- 28° . Il vento fortunatamente non è molto forte ma è tanto fastidioso, soffia da un paio di giorni. Ti abbraccio tanto forte e ci vediamo la prossima settimana 😊😘😘😘😘😘
