I went to Aldi's last night. Got bananas, lettuce, tomatoes and chocolate milk.. oh and oranges.
Holy cow you guys did amazing!
I got 12 onions and a bag of lettuce lol and a few days ago I got 19 peppers and lots of eggs and bacon.
I've gotten to the point where I don't need my step ladder anymore, I'm tall thus long legged. So now I just jump right into the dumpster by flinging one leg up and over I go! Jumping out has become easier as well as long as I can either pile up the stuff in the dumpster or if there's really nothing I climb out on my own. The past year and you frugal mommy have taught me how to forage for what I need. Thank you

Yesterday I found 30 flower bouquets that I gave to friends and passed out to all the ladies in my neighborhood! I found 12 boxes of Entermans (sp) danishes, donuts and holes. A box of banquet fried chicken and jalapeno peppers. The 30 dozen eggs we found all got donated. I love being able to share especially during these difficult times. Thank you Amy for teaching me about my new hobby!
I almost forgot!!! I got a brand new cat carrier and 1/2 bag of cat food I desperately needed!

We love roasted cauliflower too! I roast cauliflower, carrots and brussel sprouts in avocado oil salt pepper onion powder and garlic powder OMG yum!!!!

L G I think if you cover it, it will steam instead of roast. And a high temp. like over 400. I’m going to have to try this also. Sounds like it’s right up mine and my daughters alley!

Got a bunch of those snack packs couple weeks ago. Couldn't get to them all before the cheese got spotty so I saved the crackers and put the grapes and apple slices out for the critters, Bigfoot and veggie Dogmen who pass through the yard.....What a super haul!! I could live on this for months. And that's my favorite song!!! Great job, folks!

OOOHHH MY Goodness.....That's an INSANE HAUL !!!.......So when's the Pizza Party ???.......and All of that Milk too !! It would drive me CRAZY if I worked there, I'd probably get fired for loading up my car instead of tossing that food away. I'm telling ya , if I were the manager, I be giving it to my employees and with the food issues going on now. Just when you think you can't be Blown Away anymore.....SURPRISE !! OUTSTANDING !!!..... cook the shoulder in a crock pot with garlic salt and pepper...shred and then it can be used for tacos, pulled pork tamales etc. once spiced and cooked you can refreeze it too !!! :o)
My hunny and I were just talking about making burrito/tacos and freezing them..and I said I wonder what type of pork is used in these types. Now I know! Lol thx for the tip. I could even take some and put bbq sauce and freeze once done. It's just the 2 of us now that the kids are grown so we would have alot!

Thank God for having freezers my dog and I love pizza and to be perfectly honest that's probably one of our favorite foods it has milk product from the cheese tomatoes to for antioxidants onions for antioxidant the low garlic on and antioxidants and a little bread

That bag is great I always keep a small ice chest in the back of my car because I live in Texas and it's always hot and I can put ice cream or meat or anything that should be refrigerated in it until I get home they come in so handy

I have 2 of those Costco insulated bags, love them! You can get a good amount of food in them, but they aren't huge like some insulated bags, so I don't overload myself and exacerbate my damaged spine.
