We visited yesterday afternoon. The fall colors were fantastic. My favorite trees were in their glory. The Oxydendron -Sourwood. And the Abies fraserii-Fraser Fir. The views were spectacular yesterday. The ranger claimed to see Atlanta in the clear morning. We thought we could see it too. 80 some miles South west.
Just hiked Brasstown Bald this morning and it was completely under cloud cover. A bit unfortunate, but this video shows me what I could’ve seen with better weather! Thank you!
