Yeah, I was seeing some talk about 3-4 months ago about Figs. Even taking down listings without stock photos. Pretty much saying they don't want their items resold. I don't really understand how they can say that because once you buy something, it's yours.
@@MingbyAnna under the first sale doctrine you can buy and resell anything you want. I was hearing chatter about Shein also 😂 but it's everywhere on these sites ( good luck taking all of it down).... I only have a few Shein pieces that I picked up based off style. I don't use the name in the title. I had one thing taken down on Poshmark. It was a lubu dad shirt ( you carry the baby in the shirt front pocket).... Oddly enough, there are a ton listed on there..... Who knows how they determine what stays and goes....
I just read that poshmark doesn’t allow bots but it seems like everyone is using Posher VA or programs like that. What are your thoughts about this? Or do they allow them? I’m a little confused.
Hi! I do believe their terms of service say "bots are not allowed." With that, I would say 99% of bigger sellers on the app use some form of bot. I think it is one of those rules that is not enforced because most people would leave the platform, or Poshmark would lose revenue if it banned all of these big accounts. It wouldn't surprise me if one day Poshmark came out with their own form of sharing tool for a price.
