It's easy to grade once you are almost flat in the first place. Show us a video of you grading to level a yard or driveway that has 6 to 10 inch up and down dips. And do it on hard clay.
We started off building our driveway on glacial till. Hardpan only 2 inches down. It looked like a ploughed field gone wrong to begin with. Some of the ridges were over 2ft above what we wanted as grade. The deepest rill was 4ft below. One S70 and two days later it was completely graded. All 450ft. It took another day to build the swales either side. In the end, the driveway is properly crowned and covered in it's final coat of 1/4 crush. All I used was an S70 with a standard bucket. No dump trucks, no excavator. Oh, I did use a laser level for grade.
Man your a pro. Great vid. What type of drive way is going in there. Concrete, asphalt, stone(s)? Hows the weather there in N.C.? My F-250 is cracken n cratering my driveway.
Thanks for sharing
I just figured out the setting to make it HD, I'll upload the good one.
Can you crown the driveway?

+William Allen the s70 is no joke, very underestimated little beast.
Larry Stringfield you remove clay under a driveway
My 5 year old son can spread roadbase
Did you haul off the grass?

Sweet video!
Finally some one who knows how to grade
Smooth Operator!! Nice job mate
thats crushed concrete I was putting down.
I would think the luckiest guy in the world would be one that digs a hole and finds a huge gold nugget. That or drills for water and hits oil.
5700 hours on my takeuchi other than tracks and oil changes my tl130 is super good
So was the land like that grass part and you made that graded out driveway? I'm looking to do something like this on a new piece of land.
@letsdig18 it looks so much like A gravel but you were there... obviously... nice vid
yep its my job
Nice vid, but what's up with the video quality? It's not the HD like you used to have.
Takeuchi rocks! I'd rather run a shovel then a cat or bobcat, no, thats a lie, I'd do it but I'd bitch and complain the whole time
Where is the water going
