Site used to be good, but then it went down the spider-man Elsa route. Luckily I was too old by then, but sucks cause I can’t go and relive my nostalgia. I got into a bunch of magical girl anime from it because of the dress up games they had for them. They also had a series where it was an angel and a devil girl pranking or sabotaging each other. I wanted to go back and play them but couldn’t because of flash player being gone. Id say the site got bad after frozen came out lol.

I distinctly remember Girls Go Games being a core part of my childhood. The name alone brought back a flood of memories, but this is definitely *not* what they used to be. for me personally i never actually played girls go games, but i played mafa games (i think is what it's called?) but regardless they were almost the same thing and both went downhill like this at some point. i played almost nothing but baby hazel and this one game where you were timed to decorate and cut a cake perfectly to how the customer wanted and then you would unlock another cake and eventually a new location on this path thing. it was super hard and i think that was the first game that made me cry from frustration

i remember playing on these sites. girls go games and games 4 girls and stuff like that. i differentiated them in the bookmarks by "light pink games" and "dark pink games" because their themes were different shades of pink. i preferred the dark pink site (games 4 girls, I think.) that's where i discovered William & Sly (a game about a fox) and Fireboy and Watergirl. unfortunately the dark pink site did not survive. only girls go games.

If there's any flash/kids game website I can still recommend that has nostalgic flash implanted it would probably be Numuki browser. They import flash and HTML files from many games that aren't just copies of inappropriate "kids" games and put them on their browser. Chances are there might be a small instance of something SLIGHTLY for older audiences but other than that I can safely say that this is one of those game browsers that actually work hard to make things family friendly.
