i like tiny quiet spaces, but i do enjoy the ambience-- i've always preferred ambient over total silence, it just makes me feel.. safer? it'd explain my preference for storms. perhaps i just like feeling safe in regularly unnerving or, even, daunting situations. i'm unsure what it is, but it's.. nice. yeah, nice.
@@shuushi9252 yeah, I'm also not scared of things most people find unnerving too. Also standing outside at 1am to look at the stars is really nice. And laying on the ground and just letting all your thoughts settle down. Sorry if that sounds weird lol

0:55 i get it! Dex-star is a Red lantern (DC) who's also a cat! I believe it had something to do with his owner in the past being abusive, kicking him out and then being forced to live in unforgiving streets. Which led to the red lanterns sensing his hatred for mankind and making him a member of red lantern corp. Sick line dude!

Yeah i thought it was scarier originally, cause instead of just running from monsters while looking for an exit, it was that you were running around looking for an exit that doesnt actually exist and trying to not go insane from the musty smell and the constant buzzing from the lights and the same damn wallpaper, all the while slowly starving to death. The dread of knowing you cant get out and the fear that something may be watching you was by far the more terrifying version. Its waaay more terrifying to THINK someones watching you than to KNOW someones there, cause not being certain is more suspenseful.
I am a comic nerd and dexstar is fucking metal. For those who don't know about dexstar, dexstar is a dc comic book character who was murdered by some humans who then came back as a red lantern. Red lanterns run off of hate so that means that dexstar was so angry that they summoned the power of a red ring, and you have to be one of the angriest beings in the galaxy to get one of those
