I had actually thought of the mechs having a weapon as an ability before.. Theres only so many ideas you can come up with for abilities that work in a game like this.
Still prefer this to war robots tho

Not a bad idea, it'll not be OP if it creates just 1 healing beacon and not more than that at same time...

An better idea tho is making an mech thats ability is JUST M.D, but instead heals/repairs shields
Выглядит на видео здорово, но как всегда снято в полной прокачке на ботах не прокаченных, которые лопаются на раз. В реальном бою ракетница не будет показывать такого урона, не говоря как этого меха будет любить арта
И урон от его орудия не очень, тот-же килшот имеет урон выше, плюс рывок..

Arc Torrent 12 Duo Vs Minigun 16 Duo, Who's more efficient in PvP Battles against real battle?
This Mech isn't good actually, that projectile have a high chance of enemy dodging it just as Missile Racks have, also if you see it from a clear basic vision, the ability is an offensive ability just like Killshot, Tengu, Gatecrasher and Bastion have, the ability looks like a rocket launcher and a 3rd weapon, but actually it's just an ability so don't say that it has 3 weapons, because if you say so, Gatecrasher too fires a Ion Beam Pod...
But at least it looks cool... And on the other hand Platinum games can probably do some changes on the Onyx's ability here and there. I can imagine them reworking it, instead of firing 4 missiles all at once it will fire a barrage of missiles at the enemy. And has a slower recharge to balance it a little. It'll be kind of like the Imp's Z-Mech ability from Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2. Where his Z-Mech's ability called "Missile Madness" can let loose a barrage of missiles that seeks out it's target (Just like the javelin racks and the disk launcher) but the only difference is that Onyx's reworked ability doesn't do that or else it'll be op

@@Nolann3151 I don't want this to happen, i already am hating the "Realistically Detailed War Robots Mech Design" idea, man they are losing their original designs those were simple but cool and looks more High Tech! Now look at Onix, Orion, etc, they look like they were used before the trade wars (time when paragon mech was developed with other modern mechs like arachnos, Ares, juggernaut, Panther and guardian...

@@Nolann3151 Think it this way, Mech Arena had it's own design criteria, like polygonic designs like Panther, Stalker, paragon, guardian has, or all the mechs on progress path have, but now, since Orion got released, that vibe has been lost, there's a little difference now in Mech Arena and War Robots, and this is a problem because everyone should find and progress on their own work, Plarium is simply coping War Robots designs...

So you bring in a full, max power kit, and fight AI that are 2 whole ranks lower than you. Is this because you only bring the one mech? Enemy AI difficulty is based on Squad Power? I'm fighting rank 3 and 4 AI when my stuff is 2 and rarely 3, and I'm feeling the pain (from Shotgun 8s and Longarm 8s).
that's cool combo it's like some military class mech ready to destroy the battlefield. did those quad missile ability change with the type of weapon equip like when using guide weapon it can lock the enemy
No, it just fires the projectile in a straight line, it can be easily dodged so pretty much useless...

This game is just sad, why are the developers so greedy? like whenever there is an event for these new weapons you have to pay for a chance to unlock it.
I have 1k silver crates, 150 golden crates, 3k ACoins. What should I do:
a) upgrade panther to 20 energy
b) upgrade Bastion to 16 energy
c)double rocket mortars 12 (now 3 stars)
d) double Arc10 (now 4 stars)
e) buy new weapon (Disc12, Carbine12)
f) save ACoins to buy surge as it's very hard to get as much ACoins again.

Minigun, carbines, or any sustained damage weapons are next to useless as long as em rifle are not nerfed.
Onyx is just a straight up metal gear.

you've wasted so many ammos and you're waiting for the ability to restore when you have one of the most powerful weapon with hell of a lot ammo, just use them efficiently and maximise your number of kills

Nah mate arachnos does way too less damage, he's only good as a temporary weapon holder for early game
Nope could not disagree more. Way more hp, instant damage and a hell of a lot more than arachnos, not the slowest mech in the game. And is smaller in a way.

The problem i always see in every game video is that everything is always maxed 😕.
That's ok but if you don't have the money to buy everything and max in seconds you need very long and maybe you will never max some robots oder weapons.
And when you are only level one than no robot or weapon is as strong and good like in those videos.
