Caller: Yes, I don't care if more kids die. I only care about some kids, the ones that aren't dead or going to die.
The issue with this kind of people is that they will never ask the trans people how it's been for them, but they'll ask their pastor for scientific interpretation. They don't care about anyone, they only care about their personal feelings about what other people want and do. Thankfully this guy in particular was open to listen and, in the end, question his beliefs, but he's sadly in the small minority.
Yeah, like I am a trans person who never got the chance to take puberty blockers as a preteen/teen, and I grew up to deeply regret going through my endogenous puberty rather than transitioning earlier. Yet they are never willing to talk about the far greater number of trans people who regret not transitioning sooner than the extremely small fraction who do regret transitioning.
I'd like to point this out, the 10 years it takes to get approval by the FDA is the average, this is is from start to finish for the company filing. This includes failures to get approval, going back to the drawing board, filing again, testing and maybe failing again. Not every drug takes 10-15 years to get FDA approval, for instance the Covid vaccines they took 6 months to a year, while having three trials at the same time. Just want to point this out since the whole process was used by anti-vaxxers to undermine the safety of the vaccines.
My whole family got the Moderna shot before me so I followed being the only male between 25-35 and not worried what so ever, confident in vaccines being that I’ve never had chicken pox and was immunized. I experienced chest problems for 1.5 years starting the date I got the second shot. I felt like i turned into a puffer fish and i was breathing in between two brick walls squeezing tighter and tighter. Had a sharp pain in my neck shoot down in my chest and out the under side of my left arm really bad for about 6 weeks straight. And then on and off for one year. I had to miss work, it affected my love life, affected my physical activities period. No one believed me, not my family, not even one at the er visit I had where I was having severe heart palpitations, dizziness, and chest pains. No one believed me at the doctor’s office, until one day I met this smug doctor, who just like everyone else in my journey didn’t believe me and thought I was having anxiety. Until he took my EKG, and turns out I developed some rare heart condition where my upper heart valve pumps blood into the heart too early and causes myocarditis basically, forget the name of it atm, and I wish everyone reading this could have seen the demeanor change on his entire being. One from sheer arrogance to pure concern because he realized people are actually experiencing what they are saying and doctors are turning medicine political instead of caring for the patient. Just my two cents.

It's certainly backwards, this guy's rambling is like a layman's Cass review. Thing is, just like the people that used the Cass review to enforce a ban; they don't care.
