Im a noob and have no idea if this answers your question…
But when i got up to the 0:55 mark of the video, my screen was a little bit different. It asked me to download Docker with Intel Chip or Apple chip.
I personally selected Mac with Intel where i believe you would want to select Mac with Apple (M1) chip

Use very strong password. If you use weak one you cannot connect.
