In August took a run up one of my favorite peaks in Oregon! Since I was soloing, I took my time to climb the summit pinnacle a few times to get some fun shots. Enjoy! ~9 miles / 4000ft
haha... yea, I've watched yours, it was bad, but so were my first ones too. we've come a long ways! but that's how you learn. you should totally make a new one!
Its a class 4 scramble, Personally I don't feel rock skills are a must, but they certainly help with comfortability. Many people solo it, some set up rope. or solo up and bring rope to rappel down. It just depends on our personal preference in regards to risk and exposure etc, So its hard for me to say one way or another. The other ppl up there in this video was a dad with his 3 sons. If I was taking my preteen/teens up for the first time I would probably rope them up too.

What is your advice going to the very top, do you need rock climbing skills? Like the people with the rope in your video?
