Thank you so very much -- really helpful! One thing that STUNS me generally -- as just a normal type older fellow who cannot hear his wife so well -- is the PRICE of hearing aids! However, your explanation adds some degree of understanding of the justification of that (at least for this brand); I see we are keeping some talented people employed without necessarilly paying there entire monthly mortgages (as in some cases i suspect). Anyway, WELL DONE!
I love my lively hearing aid They are as good as the 6000 to 7000 dollars one. The service is great. I have had the expensive one and these are just as good or better
You have the equipment to perform Real Ear Measurements, but what about ordinary candidates for hearing aids? They have to make do with a much more approximate programming, don't they?
Thanks for this review. I'm surprised that they were purposely underfitted. I understand the reasoning though. If you would have told them that you were an experienced hearing aid wearer, would they have sent the correct programming?
Why did he not show himself actually WEARING the things? They LOOK rather obtrusive -- as in UGLY -- to me. There are other very small "in canal" aids that are in some cases basically invisible. Are "Lively" aids any better?
If you’re concerned about the looks of them and not the hearing enhancement then go somewhere else. Ive suffered traumatic hearing loss recently and I could care less about if these things are massive.
You guys got a lot of nerve, putting me through a hearing test that only goes to one place: to the page where you let me know that you will take whatever license you want with my cell phone for marketing calls and text messages. Fat chance, go jump in the lake. I did want to talk to you, WITH MY TEST RESULTS IN HAND, but not anymore, now that I see how you do business. Phffft!

If you care about your looks more then your hearing then go spend the high price for them.
