- I took Vagabond Falcon to "Under the Stars Car Show" in Perkasie, PA. I arrived late and parked int the gravel lot. I met two fans, hung out with The Real Neal, Tim Robinson, and had a great time :)
I funny that with evry other car he bashes them.
but when he sees a falcon he geeks out. Haha and becomes that stereotypical car show guy.
He seems to like first and second gen Chevy II's/Novas also
I don't think he's bashing them, just providing some colorful commentary.
he's not bashing them, he's just joking
Bashing =\= banter
That is his car.
Mr. So called Regular! With your faauncy car show that you fit in at! You're now Mr. Faaahncy's Car Reviews
Sew Fahhhhhhhhhnceh.
SEEEEEW FAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHCEEEEEEEEEEEEEH
and I dare say it is the toast of the tooowwn
you should do a review on which brown is best brown.
No need, Dark brown is best brown. It's soooo faaaahhhhncyyy
+Bender Rodriquez but rust brown is best brown and brownies are best brown and brown paper towel is cost effective brown and brown dirt is dirty dirt, dirty, dirty, dirt
I see a red door and I want it painted BROWN. No colors anymore I want them to turn BROWN.
brown note
+Bender Rodriquez Vinyl woodgrain stickers are the most fahhncee.
I like your's classic narration about "Car is a Car", and then suddenly you saw another Falcon and become serious)))
It is amazing how being invested in a particular something makes people care more about other people's similar somethings lol. I happen to be a fan and owner of an obscure not especially loved Mazda of no real value and I will damn near commit suicide when I see one on the road because I'm so damn excited.
Yeah, I know this feeling. Once my Ford Sierra, didn't wont to start. It was classic rainy autumn day in Moscow, a little bit sad and sleepy, when no ones care. So after an hour, with open hood and without result, near with me stops the same Sierra and driver helped me to start it. I was very happy ))
Now I'm curious... what sort of Mazda do you have?
Tfw you love a pedestrian late 80's - early 90's Opel and only see neglected, faded and rusty ones on the road :
Do you drive a Mazda 323 by any chance?
Watching you pick apart that Falcon is all to familiar of a feeling when I go look at Oldsmobiles at shows. More car show vids!
When I see Car show in a RCR title...
CAR SHOW CAR SHOW CAR SHOW CAR SHOW CAR SHOW
you had me at car show
+cashivan really? for me is was car show but I've been told I'm a weird one
C C C CAR SHOW CAAAR SHOOOW
MMMM PYYYPESS MMMPYYYYYPESS MMMMMPYYYYYPES
bimmer bimmer bimmer bimmer
Last time I was this late I had to park in the gravel.
the gravel is for the special kids.
The ones that leak.
I pound around town to the hulking sound of BROWN.
The UPS Truck... 🤣
4 am, do you realize how tuff it is waking up the wife and kids, plus grandma to sit and watch religiously at this hour RCR, I mean really. Cmon!
Judging from my experience with RCR and the family...I can only imagine the horrors you are putting your family through.
feels like the video was cut short.
Just like a circumcision, it was necessary to be cut.
But circumcision isn't necessary
+ass848484 I still got my foreskin.
+ass848484 it is not
It may not be necessary but I'm thankful my penis doesn't look like a strange creature from another planet.
Damn I'm early. Better make make a joke...
90's GM.
You take that back
I've got a funnier joke.
70s GM and British Leyland.
You mean.... Recall it?
You get to park on the tarmac, next.
was good
I like the Vagabond Falcon better than the blue car, the four-door is understated and under-appreciated That Javelin is awesome.
Mr Regular loves Falcons soo much, he should visit Australia. Plenty of Falcons here.
I really like the riding high look on that generation of Falcon.
Maybe its cuz I like gassers
but its not a gasser
Nick Martin Yeah I know that
Im just saying I like the way gassers sit high and a high Falcon reminds me of that
Thatguy just making sure, google "strange bird falcon"
Thatguy if you're looking for a nice falcon gasser there you go
+Nick Martin Damn, that is a sexy Falcon, thanks for telling me about that
Vagabond Falcon Goes to a Car Show aka Mr.Regular latches onto the first falcon he spots and drools all over :P
that blue on that falcon is absolutely gorgeous
CAR SHOW.
Mr.Regular your eyes do not deceive you that falcon does have butt loads of ground clearance, I have a 62 comet with a 170 and it doesn't sit anywhere near that high so have the same radiator with the same fitment problems and a pusher fan still one of my favorite upgrades
THAT LAND CRUISER IS FUCKING SICK AND I WANT IT
The Studebaker or Toyota?
The Toyota
hippy's wet dream lmao
which Falcon is best Falcon?
Mr. Regular's Falcon is best Falcon! :)
Jay Leno's Falcon Sprint is maybe marginally besterest than Mr. Regular's Vagabond. Maybe. Not that I've driven any of them, of course.
Please don't hit me.
As a wise man once said, "the art of trolling is not to get people to argue with you, it's to get people to argue with eachother."
1973 XB Falcon GT is best Falcon because 351c and Australian.
I'm partial to 1964 or 1965. Wagon, if possible. A Mercury Comet of those years is very nice as well.
GMC with a HEMI nice
Does it get much better than RCR car show coverage?
As long as he doesn't see your car and rip it a new one
The cars he ridicules are well deserving.
Better keep my car away from Mr. Regular.
Chad M Yes, they certainly are... It's such a bummer that what seems to be the majority of car culture is just awful.
The backup lights and mirrors are factory or dealer add-ons, both are correct and carry the Ford part numbers. The '61 Deluxe had that cool "infinity trim" surrounding the side coves.
What a feeling to throw out knowledge about a car you truly love...I.E. Your Ford Falcon. You seen the other and away you went. Hell yea I'm that way with the 1966 Ford Mustang.
I don't even know how my 10 year old self came to know the AMC Gremlin, but somehow I learnt about those cars and fell in love with them. This lead to me searching out for Gremlins and ultimately any other AMC at my local small town Canada day car shows, so it was neat seeing you point out an AMC.
I love seeing your excitement whenever you spot another Falcon.
I like how people just glance at you while you're running around talking to yourself lol.
Oh man this was too short
These videos and the Falcon videos in particular make me want a Falcon.
I want more of that other Falcon! Meet the owner and do something together! Maybe even sword fight?
Hey Mr. Regular, I've been enjoying your videos for too long as a lurker. Thanks for putting out great content in a hilarious, lewd, off putting, intelligent manner. My dad is a car guy, and watching your videos makes me feel oddly closer to him. Stay awesome!
got all the kinks worked out of the falcon? happy for ya champ. can finally enjoy her
@ 1:08. I wonder if the owner wanted it to look like Trevor's truck.
man i just realized a jacked black falcon with a coyote motor and phat wheels would look so boss
I love that base model Durango in the background.
I saw an old falcon at McDonald's, the wife of the man who owns it was getting a burger, and she was old enough to have been the original owner
Falcon will always be our best in show
My grandfather used to have an AMC javelin, which was quite ironic considering he's a 5'2 skinny Japanese man.
I love the Javelin!!!
Mr Regular could talk about Falcons for days now. It's kinda cool seeing all the knowledge he's gained across the build.
That diesel FJ LandCruiser is very popular in Australia. The engines are practically unbreakable. But they're rough as guts
Awe more please thanks
lovely. I like it when you do these walk-and-talks. I hope you do more unscripted stuff like this. Also, AMC Javelin. I was in love with that car in my early twenties and I am now almost forty. Still am.
Once my Falcon is running reliably and the floors are replaced we should get the FHO and the Vagabond together and do a side-by-side review of a mildly-modded factory v8 wedge Falcon and a swapped v8 roundbody.
I can see it now, in 5 years Mr. Regular is going to be on Jay Leno's garage with the vagabond as a "Falcon Expert"
That being said when I was a kid, about 5 or 6 my parents had a i believe 63, it had the 265 V8, it was originally a 4bbl but my granddad who bought the car new decided it didn't need it and put a 2bbl on it. I remember always wanting to take the Falcon when we went somewhere but we almost never did because it didn't have seatbelts in the back for me.
I feel like Mr Regular could have gone on for hours about that other Falcon
3 days, 3 videos, it's a good week.
Some say Mr. Regular is still standing there talking to himself about that Falcon to this day...
love that Javelin. It's a lot cleaner than mine.
BROWN on BROWN on BROWN on BROWN
everything was brown in the 70s.
+okleydokley and everything is chrome in the future
HOT BROWN
AMC went out in the 90s when it was under the name Eagle. The javelin ended when the pacer began
You know this car show did good when Mr. Regular does more admiring than mocking... XD
BROWN ON BROWN
HOT BROWN
MUSTARRRRRRRD
i want a ford ranchero. looks like a falcon in the front and a pickup in the back.
Nerdin out on the other Falcon there
I love these car show videos where your snark gets overtaken by your love of cars!
Going back to bed after this 4 am post. Fingers crossed for a wet dream of the diesel variety
Uh oh, Mr. Regular is turning into a Falcon snob. lol
The Falcon looks a lot better when it's not sitting low like the Vagabond IMO
If form is supposed to follow function then both examples here represent their respective ideals. Vagabond is no doubt far superior in the handling department as a modernized hotrod aught to be while this car exemplifies what the Falcon was intended to be from the start.
We got a Falcon expert over here
Hey, actual nice cars in a car show for once. That's nice. That Javelin tho
Wow that cruiser is awesome.
I work on that AMC concord at :24 ! The guys daughter used that as her daily driver throughout college.
That Land Cruiser is a 45 series. It's hard to tell from the outside what engine it has, could be the 4 cylinder B diesel or the I-6 H diesel, making it either a BJ45 or HJ45
That landcruiser was an fj45, theyre awesome.
Javelins have always been one of my favs.
It makes me laugh when you call out other people on there silly mistakes lol
Ooohhh that looks like an FJ 40 Land Crusier!!
I wish there were more car shows like this in Ireland
I honestly thought I saw the falcon driving on the freeway when I was coming back from vacation. I saw it around the outside of Chester, on the freeway.
My folks had a 60 Falcon 2 door from the time I was 4 until I was 12 or so. I went back to look at pictures of it and ours sat way lower then this does.
Ford Falcon: Let's make reverse lights an option...later
you should do more comparing of falcons and what years falcons had and didn't have or were and werent optional in each production year. that was interesting...
MOAR!!!
"oh look another LS swap... oh..." cracked me up. a hemi swapped GMC
My Grandfather bought one of the first black AMC Javelins in PA brand new.
Wait the Corvair was the rival to the Falcon?
Lol. "Hey lets go around the corner" all the sudden they are a pendulum with an engine.
The OG Corvair's main idea (besides "squashing bugs") was going after the Valiant and Falcon in the COMPACT CLASS.
The Corvair Monza you saw was to throw it against the OG Mustang while the Chevy II would soon debut against the 2G Falcon and the Valiant / OG Dart.
Mr. Regular became a nerd after seeing the Falcon.
Damn he was roasting this man's falcon
The 40 series Toyota Landcruisers started in 1960. As a 1977 diesel long wheel base pickup, that would be a HJ45. If it had a gasoline engine, it would have the more widely recognized FJ45 designation instead. I'm one of those hipsters, unfortunately.
The Javelins of that generation are my second favorite car right after a not super showy Lead Sled.
Everyone remembers the AMC Javelin and forgets the AMX
I need to say, your Falcon would look better with a red-beige two-tone colour - it would look dope. At least it looked dope on the other Falcon, but the other had some nasty rust spots.
Honestly that Land Cruiser could have been anywhere from 1970s to mid 2000s
Oh cool another LS swap... Oh.
It's funny cuz that's what he said in the video i get it xDDDDDDDD
FUCK OFF.
Mitch Mitchellson? MITCH MITCHELLSON?
I'll do you like they did Harambe, don't push me.
Which falcon is best falcon... 0_o
Why the hell am i still awake!? Thanks for the vid RCR, gave me something to do besides go to bed.
Came for the falcon.
Now to clean up...
that Toyota is pretty damn cool
Hipster's wet dream lmao
Liked that Studebaker and Javelin.
that falcon looked almost like a gasser
I think the Corvair was more the VW predator. The Chevy II that debuted in 62 was more inline with the Falcon I think.
Mr. Regular, you didn't tell us what sound system will go in the Falcon ;-)
Mr. regular, everyone knows what javelins are because they're shooting up in value like everything made by the big 3.
0:34 You said the magic words
I want that toyota landcruiser.
Mr Regular has become a Falcon Expert, he will be taken into Jay Leno´s and hidden in the back of some car
CAR SHOW, CAR SHOW, CARARARARAAARARAAAAA
your falcon is best falcon
I had an unrestored (read: trashed) '61 with the backup lights. I dunno if the dealer put em on or what, but they looked to have been there from day 1.
