Mortgage renewal in 2024 is peanut compared to 2025 and 2026. Collapse is just about to start 2024. Watch out for 2025 and 2026 is the mega mortgage renewal at a much higher mortgage cost. High Inflation persists well into 2024, high interest is here for a long time. Incoming long lasting pain is coming for many for sure!

don't hold your breath.......people were stress test qualified at 5.25% minimum..... which is basically where mortgage rates are at right now and rates will be coming down in time. It'll be another nothingburger as usual.

Exact what happened to me :) couldn’t sell to make up for second mortgage construction loan. Surrendered my house to scotiabank, claimed bankruptcy . Lost all the money now I’m taking Ontario works my only income lol. Love my life .. :)

@@BellaBella-jw9ef just for a cash job yesterday 27/hr. Going to screw the system as I’ve been robbed and screwed for being a Good Samaritan. Joining odsp as well because I got hit by a car last year. Need to recoup my money somehow.

If you are an honest guy in particular… A year from now everything will be different. Hold tight and move forward. Best of luck.
