I think in the episode, after the scene when pomni gets startled by jax, the scene will change to zooble and Caine in the therapy room. Caine asks her why she always skips the adventures and zooble says that they're pointless and they don't change the fact that she's trapped in a game and can't remember her name. She doesn't know who she's suppose to be and the fact that she's trapped makes things worse for her. Caine is just watching her and the others get tourterd and not doing anything to help them leave
