@@shawnpeterson7279 The fact that he can express himself clearly, making the message comprehensible is usually a good start. Almost every other coach I have heard either hides behind some mumbo jumbo to sound smart, or proves unable to construct a decent sentence. Plus, I watched his pecs session with Nick, and I thought it was really good...better than Nick's sessions on his own.
He has trouble stringing a sentence together.

Maybe I'm in the minority but I don't like this style vs a raw training video. You don't get to see the whole set, how he prepares, how he executes, how the coach does what he does in terms of when to push, when to tell him to stop the set or add intensity techniques. It just looks like a flashy trailer, but a much longer version.

Been watching your vids for a while now, Nick. And the progress you've made is amazing. Your chest is waiting to pop doing a side chest/biceps. I commented and said Andrew might be big enough to carry your pre to the gym. He looks good but you are a MUTANT MASS MONSTER and will make him look small. Your coach is ripped as F too. Nice traps/striations for days and seems humble. He literally is bigger than most guys but your neck is probably as big as his waist and probably bigger than his quads. Nice I agree with the compound movements for sure.but lifting the house can cause injury so I would do some higher reps with volume other than go hard and blow a gasket
