Have to say when I went from my Angling Technics Microcat I thought am I going to go backwards......and at the moment it's a massive NO !!!
Packed full of features this boat is extremely good value for money only time will tell if its the right choice but at the moment I'm extremely impressed with it....
Check Boatman out this is the top of the range they many variants of boats there's certainly one there that will suit any person whether it's features your after or just simply a cheap bait boat......
It's a simple video review I could spend hours going through all the features in depth but hopefully it will give you a taster of the general boat

How do you charge the sonar, is there an additional lead for charging it. I know that they don't provide a charging plug for the handset , only the lead , at least that's with the sonar version.

Does that rucksack fit the plus okay mate? I want the pockets like this one but found one and said doesnt fit the plus

Are these worth the money then mate? How can you tell what the bottom is like using the sonar? Any issues since owning/filming?
Hi Danny in the 18 months I've had it hasn't missed a beat
For the money it's a bargain really ok it's not a high end boat but it certainly ticks all my boxes I had a MK 2 microcat for years and I only really got rid of it due to the weight this boat inc battery is so light
The sounder is really good shows the bottom perfectly I only use it to find holes or gravel bars.....

What the connection like and do it go of course as I have the model before this and it’s doing my head been looking at gowie or rt7 what would you say now you have tried this

Подскажите пожалуйста вот например , когда на водоеме сохранил домашнюю и рабочую точку, и завез наживку с прикормкой на точку, а потом выключил кораблик, нужно ли будет при следующем включении для докорма точки колиброваться и сохранится ли домашняя и рабочая точка ?
Ситуация такая на рыбалке села батарея, при замене домашняя точка и рабочая точка сохранится и нужно ли заново настраивать и колиброваться ?

Great question....yes once saved it is in the memory each point is saved during the first time of operation using the auto pilot each point once saved even if the battery dies during your planned route

Can you distinguish what fish are showing on the screen? Getting different coloured fish icons, what does this mean? im just after carp, but silvers and tench in the lake

James unfortunately it won't tell you what fish are showing it will tell you the size of fish but not in that sence I.e big small medium a sounder is 90% of the time used purely finding spots, hard spots a soft silty bottom and to be fair it's not a bad fish finder hope this helps........

@jamescoyle4533 basically if it's a big bream yes it can distinguish what fish but if the icon is way bigger than anything else then that could be potentially a carp.....
Can it be used for saltwater surf fishing

I'm afraid it can't be the motors wouldn't last using it in salt water you could buy a very cheap boat where cost wouldn't matter I.e replacing it or servicing it is cheap......
