Jump to 4:15, and watch how Tyler1 plays this fight, it's incredibly instructive. First of all, he hits level 6 first, and in his head, he is already playing out that he will slow Draven and put a little damage down so that Tahm can approach and prime him for the jinx rocket. Note that there is 0 delusion in T1's mind that he can walk up and kill Draven, in fact, you will almost always see him dodging skillshots backward, not aggressively.
Then, the most key thing you should realize about this clip is that *HE DOES NOT APPROACH DRAVEN TO FINISH OFF THE KILL*. When Draven golden-modes, he's praying that T1 walks up. Think here, this is T1, one of the greediest ADCs ever to have existed, and even he doesn't walk up. Just let your support kill him. It's just as important to know when to go out as it is when to go in.
