6:36 6:37 Chicken Tikka Masala isn't Indian. It was developed by an Indian chef in Glasgow, Scotland in the 1960's.

UK dish created by an Indian chef, primarily served at Indian places? Hahah would that be fair

I should have got the sausage roll instead of the scotch egg for my video. Great stuff man, really enjoyed this video as it took me back to my trip to London last year.

As an Englishman who loves fish and chips you couldn't pay me to eat in poppies...its just a tourist chippie and theres probably a thousand chippies up and down the country thats far far better

@@philsfoodreview away from the tourist route, some of the best chippies are back street chippies ... I take my family around when they visit from the US, never taken them to a tourist chippie, a tourist Chinese, tourist kebab or a curry ... if you do want a curry go to brick lane, yes it's being visited by tourists now but it's populated by Indians so the curry's are all good, where I live in Hertfordshire (20mins outside london) we have a few curry houses in our town one being where one of the cooks was voted 3rd best in the country a few years back, for Chinese either China town or again off the beaten track ... again we have the best chip shops, curry houses, Chinese and kebab shops anywhere... but the ones in heavily polluted tourist areas ... definitely wouldn't touch

A full English should never be eaten in a restaurant or a snobby place, should only be consumed in a greasy spoon cafe ... there shouldn't be any thought into a full English.... weatherspoons are a cheap shit pub tbh

Why does it have to be no thought, I think any food can be very good or elevated but I mean to capture the full experience maybe going to a cheap pub is worth?

The video was very helpful, thanks. Now I know it is true that their food (most of it comes from another country) sucks.
Indian food obviously. And fish and FRIES come from Portugal. They never had an original idea. Well they have one, steal from indigenous peoples.

What’s wrong with their food? Lol I still think it tastes good, people borrow ideas from each other all the time, lots of places have similar cuisine
