All this is the results due to the strained relations between India and China after abbrogation of article 370. China threatned India and there was almost war would have taken place. India stood bravely and America firmly supported . As India is also a nuclear power and developed it's own powerfull missile system that made China to restrain. As there were already good relations between America and India after Modiji regime more co operation ensued between the two countries. As India does not want to depend on semi conductor chips and Americas ready acceptance is making this devlopment in chip manufacturing. The strained relations with China is a blessing in disguise for India.
