    Good stuff! So, elbows up, pinch the scapula, and ball or palm facing down?

      Elbows level with the shoulders. Up isn’t really the right way to think or say it.

    External to internal rotation of the forearm....the fastest human movement.
    Turning the ball to center field is starting internally rotated....where are you gonna go?
    Turning the ball to the players head is starting externally rotated ....so you can internally rotate.

      hand position has nothing to do with internal or external rotation. Hand position is pronation vs supination. Turning the ball toward the head is not external rotation. The shoulder - not the forearm - internally then externally rotates. The forearm is just along for the ride. i think you're agreeing with me but the way you worded it isn't accurate
