I just received mine today and did read that on the back and I'm asking the same question. Too bad because think pink was one of my favorite shades. I'm curious to hear why it can only be used on the cheeks and why they would put that in a eyeshadow palette and not mention it at all 🤔

The palette is so pretty, but where's the pigment? ☹ I'm pretty pale, and I don't even think it will wow me.
Too Faced always gets me with their packaging sadly the quality wasn't there.
The blush might look pretty if you apply it from the middle of the cheek outwards
I would buy that pallete but, after reading and watching some reviews, i see it's not worth it 😐
