I have a kamisori Harima Fuji and i adapted your metod of honing to my stones . I finish on a old coticule La Veignette just for test but i think can go up to other finishing stones .Results was good . Thanks so much for sharing .
I like the looks of the asagi color - how the stone is green , but gives a nice yellow slurry. So does thinning the slurry make a more 'crispier' edge vs a heavier slurry?
thankyou for this video. I would like to know when setting the bevel with this style, should any razor get the same results? I would also ask some advise if you have time? I have purchased a Naniwa SS 3000 and an 8000 will this style work with these stones? Thank you in advance!
I love your videos Alex! Pls keep doing them :)
Thanks for the video, very informative.

Great video!! I have yet to purchase this blade...patience!! Very interesting! Greg B.
Well done Alx. I didn't know there was a ratio of the bevel side to straight side. What is the term "violin" mean in reference to HHT?
Did you ever get a response? Does it mean just a split?
Never got a response. I don't think Alx likes me :-(
I emailed him regarding another topic and he was really accommodative and friendly!
That further confirms my suspicion. No worries, I'm used to it. Been married 25 years (take my wife)!
Are there any double sided bevel models.
Great video. Thanks!
