As neuromuscular blockade produced by the snake venom by reversible interaction of its neurotoxins with the end-plate receptors.
Neostigmine restores neuromuscular transmission if the venom-induced blockade occur

I mg epinephrine in 1 ml.
Dose is 0.01 mg/kg or 0.01 ml/kg epinephrine IM
So for 10 kg weight- 0.01 X 10 = 0.1 ml epinephrine dose

You can take 0.1 ml from one ml by using insulin syringe in which 40 IU per ml
So 0.1 ml equals to 4 IU
