So mom in my local hospital in africa they calculate it as follows If we start over at 0.05mcg/kg min the rate it runs over is 1ml/hr If it was 0.1mcg/kg/min the rate it runs over is 2 ml/hr If it was 0.15mcg/kg/min the rate will be 3ml/kg.... It continues like this to maximum of 6ml/hr So mom is this the correct way???? I personally dont think it is
