Believe it or not this Beginner routine is exactly what our Gym teacher in 1970's made us all do in class and before Track ! Except it was just called Stretching out. This is perfect for old ppl! I'm in my 60's and I needed to start doing somethink small so U would stick with it. I am stiff and have limited range of motion in both shoulders. I have had 3 shoulder surgeries. I want to feel better & be in better shape. I have only been doing this for a few weeks. My ROM is slowly inproving. I feel better. I have noticed my posture inproving. Thank you! I enjoy this and love the results. And it always makes me smile when I hear " breathe out through your mouse" 🤗

This has been a very helpful routine for rehabbing a twisted hip issue because the movements are symmetrical. I feel more evenly balanced and this has kept me moving while not straining tissues that are healing. Bless.

I haven’t done this set yet, but somehow it reminded me of my time in the military. We had almost the same exercises to start the day, to warm up before we started the real heavy duty drilling.

This exercise is very helpful to me. I’ve had a fair amount of practice learning from videos and did have more difficulty following this at first than usual. It goes very fast and this is exacerbated because one is following the positions. I think the pace is important but learning it would be muc easier if there were a preliminary section that detailed each movement quite slowly, followed by the sequence at its proper pace.
Just following your breath and finding YOUR riddom and time what feels good for You Is always the best keep on practicing and it will become naturall sooner than later listen to your body and breath it gets easier and very beautiful as you really are. 😊🙏♋

Nice :) Blessed the qigong workout. Always Slow Down your Movements Something magical happens when we purposefully slow down our movements. Our breathing slows down too. Which relaxes us more. Which makes it easier to breathe. Which makes you sink into a nice meditative state of mind. PRACTICE DAILY WILL GIVE A BALANCE, HARMONY AND ENERGY. Namaste
