    I’m pretty large, probably obese, and this was really really good for me. I’m adding it to my daily exercise and weight loss program. If you’re chunky like me and scared of how to escape that then this is a great way to start.

    I don't usually comment on videos, but I love this routine. I will be doing this every morning now. I feel energized yet relaxed. I've been sick for almost 6 months and lost so much strength and flexibility and heard about Qi gong, this is exactly what I need to get healthy again. Thank you!

    This routine literally changed my life. I was struggling with muscle imbalances in my upper back for two years and this helped me wake up the muscles and get my mobility back and after a few months of doing this (and physical therapy) every day I am almost better and I never thought I would be pain free again. Thanks. Qigong can change lives.

    I just found your Qigong with Kseny. I have read a great about Qigong and the health Benefits. Believe it or not this Beginner routine is exactly what our Gym teacher in 1970's made us all do in class and before Track ! Except it was just called Stretching out. We all were much healthier back in the 1970's before cellphones and Fear porn News cycle. I subcribed today ! I hope this comment find you happy and in Good Health.

    This is perfect for old ppl! I'm in my 60's and I needed to start doing somethink small so U would stick with it. I am stiff and have limited range of motion in both shoulders. I have had 3 shoulder surgeries. I want to feel better & be in better shape. I have only been doing this for a few weeks. My ROM is slowly inproving. I feel better. I have noticed my posture inproving. Thank you! I enjoy this and love the results. And it always makes me smile when I hear " breathe out through your mouse" 🤗

    This has been a very helpful routine for rehabbing a twisted hip issue because the movements are symmetrical. I feel more evenly balanced and this has kept me moving while not straining tissues that are healing. Bless.

    I have a lot of pain, especially in the chest and shoulders after double mastectomy and reconstruction. Theses gentle exercises are really helping and some of the few movements I am able to do. Thank you.

    Hey girl! This was exactly what I needed! I have disc degeneration and arthritis in my hips and I'm looking forward to seeing how this exercise will help my hip flexors feel better as they get stronger. I love that you reminded us to work within the limits of our own bodies and am beyond delighted that you included tapping!!

    hi kseny, i have done this routine so many times over the years and i still love it! this morning i woke up with a slight headache and feeling like the day could be a bit of a struggle. most mornings i get up, do a short bible study then this routine but i switched it up so getting moving was the first thing i did in the day. i am pleased to say i now have an appetite and feel like i can get through the day. thanks so much for all you do, have a great weekend, helen (from tasmania).

    Means , in your last excercise , for me as a beginner , you moved to quick arround with taping !
    In this case i would be happy if you could hold each position in every place a bit longer !

    I haven’t done this set yet, but somehow it reminded me of my time in the military. We had almost the same exercises to start the day, to warm up before we started the real heavy duty drilling.

    This exercise is very helpful to me. I’ve had a fair amount of practice learning from videos and did have more difficulty following this at first than usual. It goes very fast and this is exacerbated because one is following the positions. I think the pace is important but learning it would be muc easier if there were a preliminary section that detailed each movement quite slowly, followed by the sequence at its proper pace.

    Nice :) Blessed the qigong workout. Always Slow Down your Movements
    Something magical happens when we purposefully slow down our movements.
    Our breathing slows down too.
    Which relaxes us more.
    Which makes it easier to breathe.
    Which makes you sink into a nice meditative state of mind.
    PRACTICE DAILY WILL GIVE A BALANCE, HARMONY AND ENERGY. Namaste
