The town of Henderson, NC, needs to pressure-wash those disgusting, greasy sidewalks and clean up the trash! A lot of those buildings need to be painted.

Yes. Street scraping is the first thing a town should do to entice people back downtown. The beauty is there. It just needs to be cleaned up a bit.
The building owners are often to blame for letting their property deteriorate. And that is a shame. Why not sell it if you are just going to let it fall in.
