Hi mate,
I purchased the vehicle yesterday and it had 53% battery at that moment when we first turned it one. With that percentage I only passed 5-6km and the battery level went to 18%. Then I went home and recharged it through the night for 7-8 hours to be sure and the battery was 100% in the morning. After that I drove it on Eco mode and the D mode with 20km/h max speed for less than 14km and the battery level now is 46%. I drove it on particularry straight and flat road with no obstacles and no climb angles. What do you mean about that and what do you suggest, personally I'm looking for refund my money :D

Hi as a e scooter rider , e scooter is not allowed on the road . But you can ride on any park , or roadside path . And it's important to have a helmet .

It can't drive 38km with full battery. with 40% off battery it can't even drive 2km. With full battery you can only drive almost 10km. So it's fake about range what it can drive.
