just made this and its a solid 9 outta 10. the only thing is it was kinda hard to blend even tho i have a professional blender, and im not a big fan of peanut butter
Almond milk usually has 2-3 G protein per cup. Peanut butter has around 6 G protein per 2 tablespoons. For anyone working out looking to build muscle optimally, this won’t cut it. However it does look fucking delicious. It’s just not a protein smoothie, it’s a regular smoothie.

I just made this and it’s DELICIOUS. 10/10 I recommend but it’s a lot of peanut butter taste. I would recommend adding a tiny bit more vanilla.
