AKDBuilt Performance Billet RT4WD Viscous Coupler

Well there is no clear and definitive way to test a coupler without the physical vehicle in place so before we send this to @Xperformance_llc I thought to test it to inspect for binding and force before sending it to the temple of doom.
This coupler will find itself under an 1800hp XPerformance chassis soon enough but as for today I must use much additional leverage to check for binds and see how the coupler reacts to change in angle after servicing with a custom mix of Viscous Fluid and truthfully I am very surprised at how much leverage was required to move it. I couldn't move it quickly but we used a good mix of 45K and 100K options before and tis definitely feels stronger than 45K CST and definitely isn't 100K CST. But the coupler functions perfectly.
Cant wait to see it mated to our custom driveshaft and differential. Had to make these tools from scratch but the good thing is that they fit my modified CRV pinion tool because of the new 1310 flanges we installed.
Almost needed to stand up to push this thing down. But as the plates move inside the coupler the air bubbles are removed through the fill and drain ports allowing me to stuff more fluids into the coupler. This repetitive tasks was performed 4 or 5 times to ensure that there were no air bubbles in the coupler and serviced to full.
I have watched many videos of others filling their coupler but nothing said about how to relieve trapped air pockets. So we made these tools and they worked great.
