Mr. Taiwo! Your honesty is a pain in the ass😊 But it's ver important to preach the truth bra! I had requested you to find out about coaching(soccer)& and the personal training industry. Please advise. Godbless you&thanks so much 😊🙏
So basically you're saying someone with trade skills back home will have to start afresh in a Canadian trade school inorder to get acquainted with the trade system and getting certification.
Mr. Taiwo , You are not responding to the most important questions. 1. In your previous video you told us 40 is the new 20 now. 2. You said we should get a skill back home that we will see jobs in canada but today you are saying even skill people in canada are not even getting job. 3. You said we should japa but now what are you advising today?
Stop discouraging the people my brother. Journeyman certificate is not the end of the world. Main thing is PR. i have PR and many others who have PR can success in trades. Im not a journeyman and I'm still a truck mechanic makin good money equal to the Canadian born people. I just came to Canada in 2022 but have my own house here already. Paying for it all by myself no help from outside No im not just doing oil change i do much more than that. My supervisor is not a journeyman but he actually has more knowledge and expertise than a journeyman mechanic. Its not the end of everything. Once you have PR your life in Canada is set. Enjoy it until you get passport then go home and relax.
Thank you for sharing your perspective and success story! It's great to hear that you've achieved so much since arriving in Canada in 2022. However, I want to clarify that my video is not meant to discourage people, but rather to provide insight and direction on the challenges that many skilled immigrants face in obtaining certification in Canada. While it's true that having PR is a significant milestone, it's not the only hurdle that skilled immigrants face. Many struggle to have their qualifications recognized, and face significant barriers in obtaining certification in their trade. My video aims to shed light on these challenges and provide guidance on how to navigate the system. It's great to hear that you've found success in your trade without a Journeyman certificate, and that your supervisor has more knowledge and expertise than a Journeyman mechanic. However, for many others, obtaining certification is a crucial step in advancing their careers and earning a decent living. Let's continue to share our stories and support one another, but also acknowledge the challenges that many face in the trades. By working together, we can create a more inclusive and supportive community for all.
Hello brother I am in Toronto and I wanted to come to fort McMurray. I have a work permit I already did my certification for heavy equipment operator. Is there a shelter that can host newcomers like me?
One thing you should mention, people from africa have a certain standard of workmenship, and that standard isnt welcome in Canada. This is why its a must you go to trade school, learn how they do things in Canada and after 4yrs of your appreintership program, then you’ll be able to get your certificate and be classified a journeyman 👍🏿
If you can't get a company that will send you to trade school because of age then send yourself to a trade school. If you are already in Canada and have a bank account then you can use a loan to go to school.
Be sincere and straight oga. You cannot be spewing hope to gain followers and then tell them something else even knowing all this when you got to Canada
If you're looking for someone to sugarcoat the truth and tell you what you want to hear, then I'm not your guy. I'm here to share my experiences and insights, and sometimes that means telling you things you don't want to hear.
U are wrong sir, is not only company that send people to trade school, u are mixing it up with apprenticeship ,if u have money apply to trade school, get certified, look for jobs, especially in construction, then work towards ur PR..........Interestingly in one of ur videos u were encouraging people to go for truck driving, in this video, u were discouraging them due to age and certifications. Same guy
Firstly, this video is not about PR, so let's focus on the issue at hand. When I mentioned journeyman', I meant apprenticeship, and I'm not mixing things up. My intention is to encourage people to get certified in their trade and stop being undervalued, even if they have the skills and experience.

My previous video, '20 is the new 40', was all about embracing travel and exploration. But today, I want to share a more nuanced story. Skilled immigrants in trade face significant hurdles before getting certified in Canada. It's not all easy and straightforward, and I want to share their stories. From language barriers to certification challenges, it's a difficult journey. Let's explore the unseen struggles and work towards a more supportive community pls .

It doesn't work like that.
